I pride myself on educating my borrowers with all the knowledge necessary for them to make a smart and informed decision. I want you to UNDERSTAND every aspect of your loan. This includes understanding all fees on the actual Good Faith Estimate "GFE", I understand that one of the biggest decisions you make in your lifetime is a home loan and I make sure to make that process as EFFICIENT and PAINLESS as possible.

Thankfully, I have been able to withstand the test of time and now am fortunate enough to open my own business, where I currently have 5 Loan Officers working for me.

SERVICE - You will feel comfortable to know that you have the Branch Manager working on your loan. Not only that, but should also feel REASSURED to know that I am less than an hour away and that you can stop by my office ANYTIME. I am always there by 9 am and do not leave till 9 pm and even then I forward calls to my cellphone which I answer ALL NIGHT LONG. Not only that but I have four Full-Time processors to give your loan the individual ATTENTION it needs and deserves.

Our office is located in Davenport, Florida. We are a wholesale mortgage lender that can provide you with rates well BELOW what is being provided by your local banking institution. We have over 100 LENDERS that we have great working relationships with that we use to get you the BEST LOAN POSSIBLE. Some examples of programs that we offer our borrowers are Conforming, Jumbo, FHA, VA, USDA and Commercial.
